FABULOUS ORIGINAL VINTAGE WALL MOUNTED POST BOX. THIS IS A STUNNING PIECE ORIGINATING FROM RAJASTHAN INDIA AND DATING TO CIRCA MID 20TH CENTURY. THIS WOULD HAVE ORIGINALLY BEEN MOUNTED IN A VILLAGE FOR THE LOCALS TO POST THEIR LETTERS. THE POST BOX IS IN ORIGINAL UN RESTORED CONDITION WITH SOME HISTORIC REPAIRS. IT HAS A FABULOUS LOOK AND PATINA WHICH REALLY SHOWS ITS AGE AND HISTORY.

THIS IS A MAGNIFICENT PIECE IDEAL FOR USE IN THE HOME OR GARDEN. IT CAN BE WALL MOUNTED OR PLACED ON A FLAT SURFACE AND MAKES A REAL IMPACT IN ANY ENVIRONMENT. The item is in used vintage condition and there may be some age related marks and wear and tear.
