Vintage Indian Silver Repousse Bowl with Dancing Characters and Textured Ground

  
An Indian silver bowl with repousse decoration of traditional Hindu characters dancing, including one with what appears to be a dogs head. Unmarked but tests as a high purity silver. The work is very detailed with textured grounds. Probably early 20th century in date. Some deformations around the base so it rocks a bit on a dead flat surface. Minor wear and some discolouration internally in places.

Height 7 cms (2 3/4 inches) Width 11 cms (4 3/8 inches) Weight 154 grams (before packing).
