Vintage Indian Silver Filigree & Lapis Lazuli Bangle Bracelet & Narasmha Lions

  

Vintage Silver Bangle With Lapis Lazuli Stone. A very elaborate silver bangle set with fine blind filigree work and rope twist edges along with silver bosses. It is set with a large blue lapis lazuli cabochon.

The terminals have bosses of Narasimha lion masks offering protective qualities for the wearer in the Hindu tradition. It is stamped 925 inside the bangle but it is otherwise unmarked. A very attractive item and far more detailed than most similar pieces.

Please note the opening slot is quite small so will only fit a slim wrist. Size : 17 cms (6.75).

Width : 12.8mm to 32.5mm. Weight: 54.48 grams (before packing). A couple of small chips to the edge of the cabochon. A small piece of the rope twist around the cabochon mount missing.

Holes in the bosses next to the cabochon possibly intentional as they mirror on each side as you can see. Cleaned, polished and ready to wear or gift. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to put things right.
