A vintage Indian Hindu covered home shrine, or altar, finished in a distressed pale lemon colour palette. In a contemporary 21st century, y ou might consider using it to display artefacts of importance to you. This sacred home temple or shrine comes from Rajasthan. Typically, shrines like this would have graced a high caste Brahmin home, and been the focal point of daily puja, a prayer ritual performed to honour and worship one or more deities.

This particular example is finished in a distressed pale colour palette, w. Ith hand-carved uprights to the front corners supporting a flat roof. There is a mirror to the rear of the deity platform.
