This highly decorative Buddha Mask, hand-carved from a single piece of tropical softwood, comes to us via a reliable source. We can't guarantee the exact age of this Buddha Mask, though it certainly has some age on its side.

As a rule of thumb, the export of artefacts over 100 years of age is restricted from Nepal. Buddhas Masks of this type typically grace Nepalese homes, and are either the focal point of daily contemplation and meditation.
