Vintage / Antique Inlaid Wooden Anglo Indian Travel Folding Chess Board 16

  
I really like this board but I have too many chess sets and this needs to go to a better home. The board is well made & lies flat without any wobble on my white table. The Chess board is a folding board to originally store the pieces and is typical of the Indian Subcontinent style from the 20th Century. It is a handmade item. Some inlay may be missing in places especially on the side rim (Photographed closeup). This only adds to the age & the charm. The folding chess board has a nice strong locking hook mechanism. The board only measures about 16" Square and each square is about 1.5", so a good size for a folding travel set.

There is no chess included so it is just the board. There will be wear here and there as the item is not new, but the overall condition is good as in the photos and you will have a fun game. Please see photos for item dimensions and square size. The colour may vary when you receive the item due to the way your electronic device displays colours & how accurately.
