Vintage 1914 Indian Motorcycle Tail Light Hendee Antique Accessory Harley 1913

  
Up for sale is a vintage Indian tail light. I believe this is an accessory tail light for a 1914, but I'm not an expert on these, so you be the judge. Overall a very nice survivor. Dug this out of an old estate.

All i did was wash the dirt off. This one is nickel plated with a jeweled glass light. The body measures 3 5/8" wide, 2" tall, and 1 1/8 deep. The distance from the back of the housing to the end of the bracket is 3 1/8.

The bracket is 1 wide. The glass has a scratch, but I don't see any breaks.

The glass is red, but it was hard to light up. The housing is solid with no rot.

The housing cover has a little bit of a bow to it as shown. The light socket has corrosion as shown. The bracket has the Indian Motorcycles with Hendee Manufacturing logo with a patent date of Sept 30 1913. You be the judge if it is complete. Excellent piece to top off that original survivor bike.
