Fabulous IMPRESSIVE Pair of Vintage Decorative Large Carved Wooden Elephant Lamp Stands. Overall both in lovely condition, look fabulous with raised trunks (which is a sign of good luck). Were made to hold a electric light/lamp on the end of there trucks.. Since ive had them they have sat on two tables either side of my conservatory doors with simple tea lights on at night, and they look fantastic. But as previously mentioned these were made to take a electric cord through their bodys up the outside underneath part of their trunks. And through a hole in the tip of their trunk which holds the circular small stands. I have seen similar ones like mine which have a metal hollow rod attached to the stand on the tip of the trunks approx 10in long. Which the electric wire gos through and.

Holds the bulb holder with lovely lamp shades attached. Lovely untouched vintage items both with wonderful natural color and patina. Lovely carving and with super painted wooden realistic tucks.

Both on nicely carved oblong bases. Can be used on their own or with tea lights or converted to electric. Approx size 63cm (25ins) high. And not been touched up/repaired or restored (unless stated).
