Sculptured horse heads, fabulous patina aged and cracked due to exposure to harsh sunlight, remnants of original paint visible, hand carved in teak, hard to find as a pair. Sourced from Jaipur in Rajasthan, these highly decorative Mewar horse heads started life as a matching pair either side of a doorway in a haveli, or merchant's mansion, circa 1850.
