Genuine Vintage Indian Heavy Brass Cooking Pot Asian Bohemian Kitchen Decor

  

Welcome to the sale of this splendid cooking pot. Originating from India this heavy brass cooking pot would have been used to cook food over and open fire.

I'm sure it has a specific name but i've been unable to find it out. The base is slightly curved and may have sat on a stand or just directly on the fire embers. Its age and use has given it a wonderful patina. Useful for all sorts of things, cooking for example, or just use it as a decorative object. In good condition commensurate with its age and use.
