Antique Vintage 1924 Goddard Indian Maiden Calendar Print An American Princess

  

"An American Princess" is featured on a 1924 calendar and looks to be the work of L. Goddard was a pseudonym for L. Woolfenden, a successful Detroit area commercial photographer, and Rudolph Ingerle, a Vienna born fine art landscape artist who lived and exhibited at museums and galleries in Chicago in the early 20th century. The "An American Princess" print shows a lovely Native American Indian woman sitting on a fallen tree and looking out over a river. In the upper left corner of the calendar is advertising for City Garage of Washougal, Washington.

The calendar measures approximately 13" x 17" and the print is 8.5" x 11". The calendar is in very good condition, with some toning near the calendar pad and advertisement. The litho print is in excellent condition. The 1924 calendar pad is complete. Please use the included photographs as a condition guide.
