A very unusual vintage decorative Indian painted side /hall table/console c 1970

  
This very decorative table has a rectangular top with a canted edge above 2 small drawers with glass knobs. Table stands on slender slim cabriole legs. It is in its original paint and floral motif bone inlay- profusely inlaid throughout. Condition is good for its age- and it has travelled a long way! There are marks of use, see the photos- the corners have sustained some damage and there is general fading of the paint colour and some discolouration with age.

It is a highly decorative piece, very striking in appearance. Would make a great side table or even a dressing table. Currently in my home- have to make room for another piece.
