It is called SALT AND PEPPER BEAD WORK AND WAS DEVELOPED WHEN A BEAD WORKER HAD ALL KINDS OF EXTRA BEADS LEFT OVER FROM PREVIOUS PROJECTS. THIS ONE SHOWS EVIDENCE OF NICE OLD GREASY COLORS, OPAQUES, TRANSLUCENTS, ETC.
